We hope you love your RaaR order.

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or things may not be quite right.

Change of Mind Returns

You may request a return within 14 days from the day you receive your order.Β 

To request a return, please contact us at info.shopraar@gmail.com with your order details.

Once your return request has been confirmed, items should be returned to us within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and in the same condition as you received them;
  • complete with all original tags, labels, parts and accessories;
  • returned with their original packaging; and
  • in a condition suitable for resale.

Our packaging is part of the Raar experience, so we kindly ask that items and packaging are handled with care when considering a return.

Items showing signs of use, damage, missing parts, or which are not returned in a suitable condition may not be accepted.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you and process any approved refund using your original payment method.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every Raar order is carefully checked and packed before starting its journey to you.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if something is not right.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us with your order details and photos where applicable.

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
